Since digital products are delivered electronically, they cannot be physically returned.

All sales are final.

No refunds will be provided once course access has been granted.

Option B – 7-Day Conditional Refund (More Trust-Building)

Refund requests may be considered within 7 days of purchase, provided that:

The user has not completed more than 20% of the course content

No downloadable resources have been extensively accessed

The request is made via registered email

Refund requests after 7 days will not be accepted.

3. Cancellation Policy

Orders cannot be cancelled once access to the LMS portal has been provided.

Subscription-based services (if any) must be cancelled before the next billing cycle.

4. Duplicate Payments

If a duplicate payment is made accidentally:
